Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Digital Product Policy
Free coloring pages are not eligible for refunds (they're free!). Premium subscriptions are refundable within 14 days if you've downloaded fewer than 20 pages. Annual plans are refundable on a prorated basis within 30 days. Contact our team and we'll always work to make things right.
